Welcome to…
Read All About It – Look Who Has A New Book Coming Out

I am always on the hunt for new books that I “must read” and “new releases” by my favorite authors. Rather than keeping these books all to myself I decided to make a blog post to share the good news with you.

I don’t have a set day or time of month that I will make this post. As I find books to share with you, thanks in part to my author tracking web sites, I will make a post.

*Please keep in mind, as most of the release dates are pretty far into the future, that the release date, cover, and even working title are not always set in stone.

The Rooster Bar by John Grisham

For the past couple of months John Grisham’s fall release has not had an official title or cover. Well, folks, we finally have a title, cover, and synopsis!

Release Date – 10/24/2017

Goodreads Synopsis

Mark, Todd, and Zola came to law school to change the world, to make it a better place. But now, as third-year students, these close friends realize they have been duped. They all borrowed heavily to attend a third-tier, for-profit law school so mediocre that its graduates rarely pass the bar exam, let alone get good jobs. And when they learn that their school is one of a chain owned by a shady New York hedge-fund operator who also happens to own a bank specializing in student loans, the three know they have been caught up in The Great Law School Scam.

But maybe there’s a way out. Maybe there’s a way to escape their crushing debt, expose the bank and the scam, and make a few bucks in the process. But to do so, they would first have to quit school. And leaving law school a few short months before graduation would be completely crazy, right? Well, yes and no . .

Look For Me by Lisa Gardner
(Detective D.D. Warren, #9)

I love the D.D. Warren series and was beyond excited to see Lisa Gardner’s new release will be continuing this series.

Release Date – 2/6/2018

Goodreads Synopsis

Detective D. D. Warren and Find Her‘s Flora Dane return in a race against the clock to either save a young girl’s life . . . or bring her to justice.

The home of a family of five is now a crime scene: four of them savagely murdered, one—a sixteen-year-old girl—missing. Was she lucky to have escaped? Or is her absence evidence of something sinister? Detective D. D. Warren is on the case—but so is survivor-turned-avenger Flora Dane. Seeking different types of justice, they must make sense of the clues left behind by a young woman who, whether as victim or suspect, is silently pleading, Look for me.

After Anna by Lisa Scottoline

I read my first Lisa Scottoline book a couple of months ago and am excited about trying another book by her.

Release Date – 4/10/2018

Goodreads Synopsis

John Himmel, widower and single father, has remarried a wonderful woman, Ellen, and for the first time in a long time he and his son are happy. But life is turned upside down when Ellen’s daughter moves in with them. Anna is a drop-dead gorgeous sixteen-year-old with a secret dark side. Unbeknownst to everyone, Anna is not simply a selfish beauty, but a dangerously disturbed sociopath. Anna sets out to systematically destroy the new life John has built, and when she turns up dead, John is at the top of the suspect list. John begins his own investigation in order to clear his name and save his family, and what he discovers is darker than he could have ever imagined.
