I’m back!! It has been three weeks since my last It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? update. Not only did I have a fabulous vacation with my husband, I actually managed to get some reading in! Check me out…I managed to listen to two more books in the Will Trent series and only have two more to go. This series is sooooo good!! I cannot believe it took me this long to pick it up.
As fun as my vacation was, it has put me seriously behind my 20 Books of Summer reading challenge. I am not counting the K. Slaughter books for my challenge (they will be part of a mini review for the entire series), so I am only 2 books in. Yikes!! I have some serious catching up to do!

The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid – Pretty sure I am the last person on earth to read this one. At last, I am finally starting it today!!!
The Five by Hallie Rubenhold – I started this book quite some time ago, but it got shelved when I went on vacation. It just wasn’t the right read at that time, not due to the lack of enjoyment I can assure you. Now that I am back I am ready to continue on and look forward to learning more about the five women being featured in this book.

Unseen (Will Trent, #7) by Karin Slaughter – I am eagerly anticipating starting this one today as well!!

Good to hear you had a wonderful holiday break. I know Karin Slaughter is a great writer although I just find her writing a little too graphic for me. Nice to hear you love the Trent series by her.

Ahh yes, she can be. I don’t care for things that are overly graphic either, so I skim those sections when I need to.
