June Monthly Wrap-Up and Book Haul

Thanks for the memories, June! It started with a fabulous vacation, we came home to a broken air conditioner, and ended it with a broken refrigerator. When it rains it pours! Everything has been fixed so we are on the upswing and are crossing our fingers it remains this way.

Thank goodness for audiobooks! They were a godsend for my 10 hour flight earlier this month. While putting this post together I was amazed that I listened to a grand total of 5 of them this month! Who knew??

I have fallen seriously behind in my NetGalley/ARC reads. I was doing so well keeping ahead of them and one little vacation comes along and a three week blogging break and the whole thing falls apart.  No regrets, if given the opportunity I would do it all over again.

    1. I did like it! I will be posting my review for it on Thursday. It was a really fun read, crazy, but fun!
Favorite book of the year…that is very high praise! Do you think it would make a good book club selection? I heard it is a really good group read.

      1. Actually one of the reasons I asked is because my IRL book club chose it for our July read! Knowing you loved it makes me eager now to read it!
