Happy New Year!!
I for one am very glad to be wrapping up 2019. It has been an incredibly trying year, but it has showed me that I am stronger than I thought and there is nothing that I can not rise above. I am incredibly blessed to have such a wonderful family to love and support me, through the good and bad! They are my rock and I don’t know what I would do without them. I am closing the book on 2019 today and looking forward to what 2020 has to offer!
I was only able to read one book this month, but it was a good one! Nine Elms was fantastic, if you have not read it, might I suggest you add it to your 2020 TBR list! The rest of my books were all on audio with my favorite being The Silent Wife.
I have not picked up a book or audiobook in two weeks! I am in a serious reading slump and have decided to take some time off and hope it returns soon. I have all these 2020 publications giving me the stink-eye and wondering why they are sitting around collecting dust.

Oh, yes, I can relate to how difficult this past year has been. Let’s hope that 2020 brings more lovely things…and that the strength we’ve gained in the past year goes with us.
