Top Ten Tuesday – Authors I’ve Read the Most Books By

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This was a fun Top Ten Tuesday topic – Authors I’ve Read the Most Books By. I used the books on my Goodreads “Read” list to create my top ten. Frankly it was much easier than trying to recall all the books I have ever read. The only exception to this is my childhood favorite author that you will find at #10!

Book Series

#1. Michael Connelly (31 books)

#2. Lisa Gardner (21 books)

#3. David Baldacci (16 books)

#4. Karin Slaughter (16 books)

#5. Robert Bryndza (7 books)

Standalones

#6. Stephen King (12 books)

# 7. Susan Meissner (6 books)

# 8. Diane Chamberlain (5 books)

#9. Jodi Picoult (5 books)

Childhood Favorite!

#10. Judy Blume (8 books)
These are the covers I have on my beloved books!

  1. I haven’t read any of these except Judy Blume, but I love that you included the covers of your personal editions. I’ve read Tiger Eyes (favorite), Deenie and the the last one in your set (which I found Personally Offensive at age 10, as someone who never wanted to get her period), but cannot for the life of me remember which of her children’s books I read.

  2. Nice list! Stephen King, Jodi Picoult, and Judy Blume are all on my list today. I also enjoy Meissner. Chamberlain is a new discovery for me, so I’ve only read two of her books by far. I loved them both, though, so now I’m putting books from her backlist on hold at the library. It’s always fun to find a new favorite author to love, isn’t it?

    Happy TTT!
